Set an intention

Directions: Combine 2 parts mask powder to 1 part liquid mixer* and blend well. Paint the freshly-blended mask onto your skin, allowing it to work its magic for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water, pat dry, and apply your favorite moisturizer or serum.
*Warm green tea, purified water, plain Greek yogurt, and raw honey are all suitable liquid mixers for this mask.

Directions: Run warm water in the tub and melt 2-6 tablespoons (based on tub size) of soak into bathwater. Sit back, relax, and soak in and relax. For best results, rinse in the shower with cool water.
