Raspberry Honey is one of our premium limited edition honeys. These honeys are harvested and produced in seasonal small batches only. This one is hand-harvested in Washington state and features a syrupy texture and bright, sweet flavor with tasting notes of pollen, berries, and earth. Delicious drizzled over yogurt with granola and fruit, paired with cheese and prosciutto, or used by the spoonful in your tea. It tastes like Summer in a jar!

Raspberry Blossom Honey is harvested in small batches in Washington state, where beekeepers use honeybees to pollinate fields of raspberry plants. In addition to increasing the yield of fruit on the plants, the bees create a sweet, brightly-flavored honey from the nectar they collect! We think it's perfect when paired with salty cured meats, soft cheeses, Summer fruits, and in cocktails, tea, and other drinks.
